EMS Are Finalists in 2025 Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards

We are thrilled to announce that EMS has been selected as a finalist in the Excellence in Customer Service category at the 2025 Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.

Out of nearly 200 entries, EMS are very proud to be one of the finalist entries and showcase our commitment to providing outstanding customer service that has been so integral to the growth and evolution of the business.

The awards, which celebrate business excellence across the Herefordshire & Worcestershire regions, are held in June in Worcester City Centre at the Worcester Arena. EMS look forward to joining the other finalists at the event to celebrate with our fellow competitors and finalists.

EMS have enjoyed previous success at the British Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. In 2019, EMS won the Regional Excellence in Customer Service Award for the West Midlands, a recognition of the company’s unwavering dedication to client satisfaction. EMS have also been finalists at the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber awards in 2019 & 2022 in both Customer Service& Professional Services categories. In 2022, EMS also won the Excellence in Professional Services Award at the Herefordshire Means Business Awards.

With a history of success and a commitment to continuous improvement, EMS continues to set high standards in customer service. EMS is excited about the future and remains focused on delivering outstanding service to clients, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the growth andsuccess of the local business community.
