Environmental consultancy Environmental Management Solutions is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Worcester City Centre.
EMS was originally formed in 2003 as a broad-spectrum environmental consultancy. Specialising in asbestos surveys and asbestos management, EMS broadened its capabilities to include geotechnical and geo-environmental investigations in 2006 and most recently Legionella management and water risk assessments.
EMS are UKAS accredited for all levels of asbestos survey and run our quality system for all company procedures to ISO9001 standards.
The company has grown from a two-person team, to a multi-departmental organisation, employing over 20 staff and providing local jobs and career progression opportunities. EMS’s head office is based in Hereford but work throughout the UK for clients including many High Street brands, NHS Trusts, Highways England, Housing Associations & Public Sector organisations as well as many construction related companies of all sizes from architect and planners through to the main contractors. EMS also maintain work throughout Europe.
Jamie Perkins-Best, owner and director of Environmental Management Solutions describes the expansion of EMS’s capabilities to Worcester with a Worcestershire office base as an exciting development to further the progress of the company. Jamie is originally from Worcester and has always had aspirations to further the company’s scope within his home City. Jamie added ‘Having a Worcester office will help us service the client base we already have in Worcester and the West Midlands and hopefully it will also help us attract some new clients’
EMS’s new office base is in County House, St Marys Street, close to the City Centre. The team are looking forward to welcoming further clients in the Worcestershire and surrounding areas.
