EMS are pleased to announce we have been selected as one of the 175 suppliers appointed to Fusion 21’s National Building Safety & Compliance Framework for England (28th April 2021). Fusion 21 are a procurement organisation and social enterprise. The National Building Safety & Compliance Framework has been designed to meet emerging requirements on the building safety agenda.
The Framework is estimated to be worth up to £880m over a four-year period and is split between 14 Lots. EMS have been appointed as a supplier in Lot 1- Asbestos Surveying and Consultancy. Lot 1 is estimated to be worth £60m over the four-year period.

The National Building Safety & Compliance Framework is open to a range of public sector organisations to use including housing, local authorities, blue light, central government, education and health. The Framework covers surveys, planned and responsive maintenance, installation and upgrades.
