Jason Phillips Rejoins EMS as Asbestos Operations Manager

Jason Phillips has re-joined EMS as Operations Manager in July 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the asbestos industry. His journey with EMS started in 2013 when he joined as a trainee, demonstrating exceptional skills and dedication that propelled him through the ranks to become a senior surveyor and consultant.

Jason holds P402, P403, P404, and P405 qualifications, underscoring his expertise in asbestos management. He has a huge range of asbestos management experience, having worked on a comprehensive range of private and public sector projects across the commercial and industrial sectors. His work includes undertaking complex demolition surveys of large hospital sites, preparing management plans for multi-site industrial units, and providing consultancy on air testing and compliance requirements.

Jason possesses a broad range of client management skills and an extensive network of contacts within the industry. He will be a familiar contact to some of our clients already, but he will further progress into his role by being actively involved in the project management of our largest contracts and networking with our existing client base. After gaining further industry expertise elsewhere, Jason returned to EMS, now equipped with enhanced knowledge and leadership abilities, poised to drive operational excellence and innovation in his new role as Operations Manager.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his young family and surfing, particularly in Cornwall.
